RSA training is mandatory for staff that are selling, offering or serving liquor for general, on premises, late night and packaged liquor licenses.
This RSA course is brought to you by Mitchell Youth Services for young people aged 17 to 24 living in Mitchell Shire.
Subsidised cost: $15.
Please note you will need to complete an enrolment form before attending the course, this will be sent to you ahead of time.
The RSA program covers a range of topics including:
- problems associated with excessive consumption
- alcohol and the law
- the question of who is responsible for RSA
- facts about alcohol
- improving the atmosphere of your premises
- handling difficult customers
