The Role:

Farm Tech Machinery, a leader in the agricultural machinery industry, is seeking a friendly and efficient Receptionist/Customer Service Assistant to join our team. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales team members
  • Manage and update our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure a professional and welcoming front-office environment
  • Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as required

 

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
